Levitating Globe

We know that this is old, but it’s still totally awesome. Christmas is coming up soon and this would make a perfect gift for any office clerk who wants to impress his colleagues. This globe is dubbed as Stellanova and it is a levitating magnetic globe. Once you position the globe within the two poles, the globe remains in that position, you can even run your fingers or hand through it and it would still be in that position. The magnetic field is generated by electricity of course. The globe itself is 6inches in diameter> The map is detailed to the place-names specific and up to cities. The base is 10.5inches tall and 4inches wide. It comes with a 120 volt AC power adapter. You can purchase this for under $75.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
