If you are an iPod owner, you might have notice that Apple’s annoying policy of not supporting radio waves on their iPods is drifting you away from your favorite radio station. Fear not, GizmoAve is here!

Well, don’t thank GizmoAve, thank Intempo iDab, a small less than 40mm square but perfectly formed gadget that slots into your iPod’s dock connector and bestows upon it the gift of DAB radio reception (Hallelujah). 10 presets are yours for the choosing, and the useful underside connector means that you can pop into any old iPod dock for instant hassle-free amplification. A word of caution though, like the Cowon D2 featured elsewhere, it gets its signal via your headphones, so those reservations with regards to reception quality also apply here.
