What we couldn’t figure out was whether this Music Box USB is capable of producing any tinkles, digital or otherwise, or if it’s just a husk. All that the literature onsite says is it’s an iron music box modified into a USB drive. Designer Bertrand Planes has also attempted to add more functionality by imbuing the top lever with the scroll wheel properties of a mouse. Not a very ergonomic choice, which may account for only five of these music boxes being released as limited-edition collectibles. For all else, such as storage capacity and price, you’ll have to buzz Mr Planes since it’s only on request.
