Panasonic is close to releasing its new model from their GF line with this Micro 4/3rds camera, the DMC GF3. Aimed as a replacement to its previous model, the GF2 it also reduces in size. The camera is 16.7% smaller and 16.2% lighter than the GF2. Still boasting a 12MP sensor like the GF2, the other features include 1080/60i video, 3D still photos and an on-board flash.
July 2011 is the target month for its release as it will be available in different colors: black, white, red and brown paired with a 14mm lens kit retailing for $700 USD and for the 14-42mm lens kit going for $600 USD.
