Accessory specialists, RF Laserworks showcases a unique iPhone 4 accessory which comes in the form a self-adhesive laser cut heat sensitive back. The back changes colors in the range of 90 to 95 degrees F – or just below body temperature. The heat sensitive backing varies from the color black, indicating cold while it changes from red, yellow, and green before arriving at a deep blue for hot. Measuring at only .005″ thick, it won’t interfere with any type of case made for the iPhone.

With the possible release of the next iPhone expected this coming September, Chinese manufacturers who had access to the latest leaked case designs create a high quality rendering of what the iPhone 5 is supposed to look like. Recent reports state that the home button is now more oval shaped and boasts a larger 4 inch screen. Unlike the flat surfaces of the iPhone 4, the iPhone 5 will have tapered edges on the back which will be in aluminum rather than glass.

“The final dimensions of the new design are calculated to be: 4.33″ x 2.36″ and .27″ thickness at the top and .21″ at the bottom In comparison, the iPhone 4 dimensions are: 4.5″ x 2.31″ x .37″. So the new design is actually shorter than the existing iPhone 4, but slightly wider and thinner.”

Daft Punk, Medicom Toy and Monster join forces to create a TRON: Legacy-inspired pair of headphones. Daft Punk has been a musical cornerstone for the upcoming movie with the headphones representing just the tip of the merchandising iceberg. In terms of features they include light-up LEDs with an aesthetic inline with the costumes worn by Daft Punk in their movie cameo. The headphones will retail for $350 USD and include a copy of the TRON: Legacy soundtrack.
